Well, the most fabulous show of New York Fashion Week (so far) is Marc Jacobs. So fabulous that I cannot include it in a bundle of favourite looks. I fell inlove with the modern day 60s look, the prints, the mix of lines and fabrics... Even the soundtrack was Velvet Underground, sending us back to the cool times of The Factory while the clothes remained very today.

my favourite looks from NYFW... so far

I have meticulously followed New York Fashion Week. Every designer, every runway presentation, from a distance, on the comfort of my couch (thank God for style.com). I have seen many prints, shorts, wedge sneakers, breezy fabrics and lots of leather. I have discovered new designers, that I did not know of, or simply did not give attention to. And, after all this, in an attempt to keep my friends updated with the developments of fashion week, I have put together my favourite looks so far. Here they are! And... to be continued...

Anna Dello Russo has recorded a song and video to promote her upcoming accessories collection for H&M. Brave, funny and a little nutty, the video reveals not only her dance moves but also her rules of fashion. You have to admire her confidence, young spirit and especially those legs of hers!

In a world of long talks with short content (if any), we have Dan Perjovschi, a contemporary artist teaching us to say more, using less. He is a Romanian artist addressing the whole world, who has innovated drawing, using it to create objects, installations, a whole performance.

His work is sharp, daring, ironic, contemporary and universally relevant, reflecting the (sometimes absurd) contradictions of our time. He’s worldwide known for his large-scale drawings on museums and other exhibition places in New York, San Francisco, Rome, Brussels, Paris, Helsinki, London, just to name a few.

After careful consideration, I've decided to blame Cinderella for my life long quest of the perfect shoe. It's no wonder that little girls exposed to the story, grow up under the strong influence of this single thought: it's all about the shoes. Prada Fall 2012 ad campaign features Gary Oldman, Jamie Bell, Garrett Hedlund, and Willem Dafoe. Yes, that's right, all 4 of them! And it is absolutely fabulous!

It's the music festivals season! And we have a lot to be thrilled about: a new album from The Big Pink, Florence + The Machine also released a new album and are now on tour and there is a new album from The Black Keys. Personally, I cannot wait to see The Big Pink and The Vaccines play live (ever since I discovered them by watching online Coacella).

And in this season's spirit, I was thinking to share with you 2 things:
